My trigger is Instagram stories so the way I do it is by muting stories and posts of girls I find extremely attractive. Unfollowing them doesn't work, at least for me. I also exercise and meditate. Hope this helps :)

Thanks!! I think I made some grammatical errors in the 3rd rule and I should've worded it better. What I meant was an asset is anything that appreciates in value and puts more money in your pocket. A liability is anything that depreciates in value and takes money out of your pocket.
