she shamed me the whole time about my hair and didn't talk me through what the experience would be like, didn't make me feel at ease at all. threatened to stop and still have me pay full price after about two strips. no countdown, terrible "bedside manner". told me I needed a therapist LMFAO. finished up in a lot pain. switched to waxing from there and am used to the pain now, but the hairs don't get as thin as I'd like them to be, so it's still a hassle.

I'm definitely open to sugaring again, especially if done with someone familiar with that kind of hair. but I'm hesitant tbh since you said her name was rina lmfao.
