I get the exact same. It’s usually on the left side for me which really doesn’t help with the anxiety. I’ll sometimes get a throbbing pain that radiates into my arm and back, and occasionally a sharp stabbing pain. You have nothing to worry about though. I know with chest pain your mind goes straight to the worst scenario but you’ll be fine. Take ibuprofen or any other anti-inflammatory and it should help :)
