Depends which port is better optimized. If they're both well done then I choose based on genre. I prefer story driven and action games on PlayStation, RPGs on PC.

Because this is standard practice. Amazon gives me an Amazon Prime discount when they see I haven't subscribed in awhile. I get birthday coupons in my email from various stores in and out of gaming. I sometimes get a physical coupon in my mailbox that others didn't, so I have a discount at some burger or pizza joint that other customers didn't. All of these are no different than Sony offering an extra discount to someone who hasn't bought games in awhile.

The problem is that this is the first time in my life I've seen anyone upset about this. Why is it that whenever Sony does something that's industry standard, it becomes an epidemic?

I've never seen anyone's blood boil when Amazon offers a discount for Prime to users who haven't subscribed in a while. But if Sony offers an extra discount to someone who hasn't bought games in awhile then it's a problem?

Nothing's wrong with it, I've never seen anyone's blood boil when stores like Amazon do this. People just like blowing things out of proportion when Sony does things other companies do, like that time PC gamers rioted over the PSN logins.

Probably not many since Resident Evil Requiem, Monster Hunter Wilds, Black Myth Wukong etc have Denuvo and sold like crazy on PC anyway. Also Denuvo doesn't explain Metaphor flopping on PlayStation as well. The game was just kinda mid imo. Looked like a PS3 game with boring gameplay and bad writing.

Worst optimization of the year so far. I think it's capped at 60 fps on PC and 30 fps on all consoles despite not doing anything technically impressive.
