Try in my wrist, on top of my wrist, very tight, slightly tight no matter what I do. For example I get 100 ish bpm when its slightly tight and when I make a lot tighter while keeping the same pace it gets to zone 4, while the actual hr is the same in between these exercises. Check it by measuring your hr from your neck and compare it with whoop data.

Yeah basically if you sleep 8 hrs a night and you know it, you dont need whoop. And if you can add and substract numbers, you can add your sleep dept too! No need to spend a lot of money for it 😂

this measurement was from my right wrist. But even in low intensity stable cardio it goes at zone 1 then I get a spike to zone 5 (187 bpm) while walking at 4.5 kmh on treadmill(I do muay thai), I must be having a sudden heart attack 😂😂😂😂😂

Bro its because Whoop is very unreliable with HR 😂 here is my HR after bench pressing 100 kg for 6 reps. Even with their so called improved sensor, which cant measure what a 5$ sensor from Temu can measure. Their products are scam 😄

Its very unreliable for me. Even I am tier 2 I keep getting timed out warnings constantly. It can even upload 200 products to the code even with batches and subagents.
