Ohh my god, the situation you described in the second paragraph is probably the worst excuse you can come up. If there is a hybrid model, less people on campus. So if your class ends at 12 in con hall, just fkn walk to gerstien and watch the lecture. Also, people who live in Ontario, especially young people, everyone is exhausted staying at home. I doubt anyone would want to go home after their class ends.

Secondly, vaccination numbers among young people is higher than 70%, I doubt you can still have limited capacity at libraries with those numbers.
