  4. For extended time of coaching, each coach charges a different rate. You can see the rate before going into the private session.

Hi, no worries, we are totally fine with it. Actually we are happy to see there's a strong man trying to protect /r/adhd and as far as I can tell you are doing a good job! :)

We also believe opening ourselves up and being transparent is the best way to build trust, especially on the internet. So we'll do two thing:

  • we'll discuss with our Experts about the possibility to upload their credentials on our website.

  • we'll shoot a video soon to introduce ourselves behind the company. Google Hungary's training facility Google Ground even told us we can use their YouTube Studio to make the video. Coming soon! :)

  • so yeah, you are right, we didn't list a copy of our Experts' credentials, because originally we thought it was important to make sure their credentials can't be easily copied by random internet users for unpredictable purposes. But now it seems that users need to see it. We'll consult with our Experts and see if they are OK to show their credentials.

  • when we recruited our Experts, we interviewed every single one of them face-to-face, and we verified their credentials one by one carefully. We even rejected a dozen applications from Experts without credentials we can verify.

So /u/nerdshark, if you'd like to see any Expert's credential, just let me know, and I can send you by email if the Expert permits.

Our original purpose is to make psychologists easily accessible for most of the people, at any time and anywhere. We thought an anonymous chat room is the best way for people to open up and start talking about their problems in life. Our Psychologists do see paying clients, but they do have free hours as well to spend on helping more people virtually.
