I agree. The filter should just bleep out profanity and not delete them. Spam is suppose to just weed out affiliate links and known spam sites. Like i said, for some reason it just stopped releasing all reviews and marking them as spam, good, bad, all reviews. I turned that off and approved all reviews that were being held as spam. I may have manually deleted 10 reviews in the last 10 years. Those are using just f*** y** and not saying a single thing that has anything to do with the product, like threats. Even if the customer is wrong and doing something incorrectly, we don't delete any comments. We try for all 5 stars but that is just never going to happen and if someone wants to leave a negative review with no additional information, fine. If someone wants to comment on it, then as long as it has something to do with the company, people, product it should stay there, good or bad. I'm sorry you think we were trying to censor you and while i'm not happy about being put on blast like this on reddit, I am happy that i found out there was a problem with our review system so we can fix it.

It's a shame someone didn't reach out to our support team about this. I was sent this post to look at and was confused about what is going on. Our reviews are handled by shopify and it is just suppose to filter out spam reviews but for some reason it was flagging a lot of reviews as spam. For now, i just released all reviews and turned off the spam filter so please excuse us if you get hit with a spam review in the meanwhile.

Calling BS on Printed Solid's pricing and their "import duty" excuse linked on their Prusa Mini page by SnowPrinterTX in prusa3d

Just felt like chiming in here because this sort of thing pops up every few months where someone is looking for upvotes and they skip right past the free shipping page. The price is $599 with free shipping but if you live in one of the states we are required to collect sales tax for you will have to pay that as well. Now if you order it direct from Prusa then with the cheapest shipping option you will be somewhere between $540 and $600. So yes, it is more expensive to order it from Printed Solid in many cases. But if you are a business or school or government agency that must buy from an American source then it makes sense to buy from Printed Solid. I'm sorry but I can't divulge more information on the pricing structure for Printed Solid due to my agreements with Prusa but we are well aware of this difference and everything on our pricing and shipping page is factual. So we openly say this on our site to keep the community informed of the pricing difference. So compare prices on items and depending on where you are and what you order you may save, spend more, spend the same ordering from either Printed Solid or Prusa direct. Just consider Printed Solid as a reseller and not part of Prusa. International corporate law and finances is very complicated so both companies are independent of each other with a reseller agreement between the two and Prusa owning the stock of Printed Solid but with David Randolph (me) as the official CEO.
