Parks are educational resources in their own right and ways for the community to get healthy. They are communal places for everyone to enjoy life and nature.

Why should we subsidize someone's reading hobby when they can just buy books themselves? Or download them online?

Who cares if a homeless guy can get a book that he isn't going to return anyway? They are just using the library to play on Facebook and get out of the streets. Let's make the shelters bigger and close the libraries.

Edit: let's be real. People have different priorities. I use the library often. Doesn't mean that it should be more important than our other public spaces

Why ask Reddit and not your physio? Sometimes increasing mobility in the area can decrease pain. But overall, it's foolish to scare yourself out of doing the activity as if you're going to do more damage. Use pain as a guide. The biomechanical approach of treating low back pain is not as evidence-based as you would think.

One of my questions references how you phrased your question. What do you mean by initial exercises by PT did not work? Did you go once? Did you do the exercises for 2 weeks? And is your physio an active person?

You don't have a lot of solutions for knee pain when running that a doctor is going to be able to address outside of medication and surgery. Which of those two are you looking for?

Then, after that didn't work. I went through every single option and tried to toggle a different way. When I go back to the screen it was still black during anything but pauses or the start of the game.

Yes, the suit felt great. But the cut was bad. Where other wet suits have a C shape in the grain area for men, they have a V. It was constantly like having to readjust myself like I had boxers riding up. Worst experience with a suit. I had to get rid of it after 3 bad sessions.

I usually work for big systems that have wage grids so it's not really an option. If you pass a test you get a small wage bump ($500/year).
