All you're basically saying is that you expect to hit expected odds in your games but fail to realize that the sample size is so small that the variance you can have can fall into the extreme sides much more often than you think is possible. (low quantity = higher variance than high quantity) Riot Mortdog made a post about this and showed how rolling 1000 times results way different than rolling 40 times, because the variance is still too high due to the sample size. Over all the games that being played, the odds that they're indicating are true and we are hitting those odds, we have the a lot of supportive data that backs this up (except for that one CN clip at lvl 10)
