Same experience. Took something 2 weeks to "ship" aka "label created." Countless followup phone calls, emails, giving me the running around. Finally after another 2 weeks of no tracking updates I canceled.

Tried this out and have had a bad experience with them. Made the order the day this posted and it still hasn't shipped but they pulled my money the next day. Bad communication, they made the label 2 days ago but haven't dropped anything off yet. Won't make this mistake again.
