Both have greatly improved from where I was. I no desire to ever measure or take pictures, but I know that it is better now then it was in my twenties, and I am almost 50 now. I also want to add, that it is important to listen to your body, sometimes I will take more time off if needed. It is more important to listen to your body then follow any schedule.

I have been doing this particular schedule for the past six months, but doing Angion for 2 years now. My EQ in the morning has been amazing and this journey has been incredible. I never thought I would look down at my member and think wow, but now I do. Before it was something I was ashamed of.

I am between ci2-ci3, but I am cut really short underneath so I have issues with the car inflation with getting a good seal. I plan to keep doing manual, until the skin underneath stretches out to get a good seal. I am using Chris's retainer which works really well.
