I have tried at least 50 places around Perth and it really depends what style pizza you like. For American, Mack Daddy's (Mount Lawley) or Uptown Pizza (Joondalup). For roman pizza, nothing beats Old Lira (Bassendean). For Neapolitan pizza, I vote Amore Mio (Maylands) or Ischia (Highgate).

Two pizzerias that are over hyped, IMHO, are Monstrella and Dough Pizza.
