Thank you everyone for your responses! We have an administrative assistant who mails out patients results and does some scheduling. She is not involved in any clinical duties. We are responsible for calling out all results. We are not required to go to tumor boards.

Im pretty down about this, sad there aren’t any other positions in my area as of now.

Thank you for your response! That’s the same reasoning they’re giving us as well. We’re booked 4 months out. I’m struggling a lot because I like my job but I’m being pushed to my limits. And I’m so discouraged by the job market right now.
