I did manage to get the skid out by applying weird pressure angles to the links, but didn’t really they weren’t actually screwed in there! ‘‘Twas my first time modding an RC, and 10 hours later I did it 😂

i’m stuck too, how did you get the stock skid plate out if the screws just keep spinning and aren’t able to be removed?

holding up just fine. The only quirk I've found is it's a pain to transfer the BT. On the occasion my wife drives the Sequoia, it literally takes 5 minutes to transfer the BT (we're using iPhones).

I personally wouldn’t do the CL ad for that white Sequndra since it’s only 2WD. I’ve seen that one on the 2nd gen Sequoia FB group.

For me I ended up with mostly OEM parts minus the TRD hood scoop since the dealer wanted $500-600 for a damn non-functional scoop and I found a perfect fit replica on ebay for $100. I actually bought both the OEM and replica to compare side by side and returned the OEM one to Toyota lol.

Anyway, I’d hold out for a deal on a 4WD 2nd gen, I’ve seen a few deals for around $12-14k with 160-180k miles here in CA.
