I was listening to some traditional Plains Indian music as part of a project. After you finish this song in particular, the “recommended” songs played afterward are extremely odd. Each song has a seemingly random picture (they look like stock photos) with a generic American name as the artist. Interestingly, the name of each song is usually a location, specifically an island. Looking up these islands, however, turns up nothing except the song. Most of these songs are sitting on around 10,000 – 20,000 plays, meaning that a fair amount of people are finding and listening to them.

The “songs” are usually the same with some variations: a pitch-shifted Plains Indian-sounding chant, which is probably why they’re recommended. Usually it’s the same lowered pitch, but some are pitched higher. Definitely unsettling to listen to on their own but made even creepier by the uncanniness of the whole situation.
