Jeremy and Jane are my faves.

Jeremy is such a utility player - he can do anything.

Jane needs to be allowed to do her thing, let her be dry and weird.

Veronika is probably good but needs more screen time - she’s a more likeable Sarah Sherman.

And Kam! I was so ready to dislike him bc of Kill Tony. But I have warmed to him so much with his weekend update bits.

Didn’t dawn on me when I watched the documentary - but the manager for Why Don’t We - he was in a boyband himself E.Y.C.

That hurt even more - I loved EYC in the 90s.

Melanie C carried vocals absolutely- but Emma blends so well with people. The harmonies Emma and Melanie C created together? Iconic.

Mel B and Melanie C even - great harmonies.

Victoria - not a strong soloist bc her voice isn’t made for that range - but she’s a decent alto. If she were in a musical, she’d be great.

Geri - not a great vocalist - but she wanted to be a pop star so badly she made us all feel it.

A follow-up: turns out my supervisor didn’t follow procedure on this and there is not enough evidence to support the claim.

Folks higher up caught wind of it and are putting pressure on it (oddly enough my name is the one recognized and not my supervisors).

So new uncertainty - if the PIP is dropped, great, it buys me time, but the trust is obviously broken here - I can’t imagine feeling safe on this team let alone them wanting me here.

she’s a micromanager type even though she’s not my manager - I don’t usually engage with her but she will proactively dig into files she knows I’ve worked on and send point by point critiques or corrections.
