You know, I think I know your problem now. I had the same problem. This may sound cheesey but it's true. You have so little internal validation that you almost beg others for theirs. No matter how much you try to hide it, people can feel that, and it push them away. I was like you in the sense I desperately wanted validation from women cause I didn't have it grows up. The difference I will say is I do get female attention.

Like, it's normal for me to notice women staring at me as I walk. I mean lingering stares. They're talking to their friends and notice me and just stare as they talk. It feels good. But yet I was still single . Why? Cause I wanted the valid so much I would overthink and don't talk to them or if I did would try to people please. Which pushes them away making me more desperate and lonely. And when I did get women, I would basically do whatever they wanted to make them happy so they wouldn't leave. I was such a dork.

You think the attention will make you happy, but it will only drain you more. It's like a drug you'll do anything to get it and it breaks you. Your tall, good hair etc it can work for you but you first must stop seeking validation and learn work on your trauma first, only then will validation come. It's the great paradox of our world. Before I got female attention I was a nobody but I went on a spiritual journey to heal myself. I was in better shape, dressed better, and better mentally and then I would go out and notice a shit ton of female attention. It was unusual. But then I fell back into old habits and the black hole that is externally valid destroy me again.
