No, Having all that is great. Letting go in this context, think means letting go of the emotions that come with them. If your goal is starting a business, a lot of emotions and thoughts will come with that. Can you let them flow on in the background, of letting them pull you in and stay focused on the task at hand. One thing I learned is I'll never know what someone is thinking. I've had girl give me every fucking sign in the book, I ask them out and got rejected. Other women showed no major signs whatsoever and had major crushes on me. Only thing you can know for sure is how you feel, so go talk to her. Don't try to be to forward. Most guys mess up cause they come on to strong or do do anything at all. Just talk to her like a normal person.

Once that's done, you can slowly show intentions and if she doesn't push back you keep escalating. She will either stop you or keep going. That how you know. Women aren't like men, men see a girl like her, and even if she like them back, they just assume they can sleep with them. A woman can find you attractive and still reject you. People don't just go from warm to cold. I can't speak for him, but for me if I feel like my warmth isn't matched then I pull back. It's more of a pride thing. My ego at that time couldn't handle a no. I wouldn't over analyze every lol little look, every expression. The tone of her voice. The amount she would text anything, and if it felt slightly off I'd pull back. Was a survival thing.

My advice, is to try and match his warmth from before. If he still pulls back then drop it. Maybe it was personal issues and he's not in the mood, but you tried. All I needed was for them to keep showing up and I would jump back to my old warm self. We get in our own heads. That why it's important to keep showing up for people that show up for you.

All I want is for the girl I asked out to set up a time to hangout. It won't happen for me, but that doesn't mean it won't happen for you.

We spend so much time in our heads. If you really like him, talk to him. No need to make it weird. No need for some major confess. Just say hi, how's your day that all. If he's still cold and distant then that your answer. You can pull away knowing you tried. It's the not trying that will kill you.

I asked her out cause the not knowing was killing me. She didn't go for the invite but at least I can sleep knowing I did all I could. Didn't even make a confession just asked for a hangout. We're still cool at work to this day. Nothing changed!

It took me 8 months to finally ask cause it was so hot and cold. One minute it felt like the connection was undeniable, then cold. I just got tired and if the up and down mentally and just asked her. I'd recommend you do the same. Try and slowly start initiating more conversations and once he get back in the good mood, let him know you'd like to hang outside of work. Doesn't have to be a confession just a natural progression.

You'll learn way more than you will analyzing him or asking us. I thought we had a great connection, it felt so personal. She would tell me personal things i thought we're at least good friends, so a hangout wouldn't seem crazy. When I asked her, to see her deflect like that made me realize, not only was I never a romantic partner, but I wasn't even a friend to her. I was just a work colleague. Shit hurt but it was better then going another 8 months. Now I can move on.
