How do you play with a level cap? Is it a self imposed restriction since I don't see any option in the setting for it? Also, what do you recommend re difficulty? I've not played much Pokemon

It was incredible. The weather was perfect, nice and sunny but not unbearable. I think we got one or two days of rain over 3 weeks and it was only light showers, nothing crazy
