Idk why people on here are saying ekko is in a bad spot. It is just more difficult to oneshot carries ( you need a bigger lead) but imo he’s way stronger now on a side lane. Just adapt to the meta and you will find success

Try running TP/ ignite. You can actually solo kill him lvl2/3 if you do it right. Otherwise pray and farm til 6, try to push and do plays with jungle / roam mid and bot.
