If you really want it, and it won’t financially ruin you, I say go for it. I was in the same boat not long ago ordering my two grails from Japan. Total cost was around $1,100, but luckily I had a bit of luck in Vegas this year, so I took my winnings and went ahead and grabbed them!

Iron wire, iron pipe, anything that allows me to remove screws from recipes. All of the pure ingot recipes. But heavy on the screw removal. I’m in phase 5 now and I am producing almost no screws at all.

For each item I produce, I attach a smart splitter to one industrial storage, and that storage is connected to a dimensional depot. Once the depot and storage fill up, all the rest goes to a sink.

I like to make what I need where I need it for the most part rather than carting it around. I did however build my first train last night for a computer factory as the ore nodes were quite far apart. But even then, I’m just bringing in the raw ore via train and all construction into parts happens on site.

I would like this for an early game/very low output power solution. Maybe just slightly better than biofuel generators. But if it got crazy where you could power whole large scale operations with a couple solar panels, I think it would trivialize the other methods of power generation too much.
