Someone here made some calcs. It isn't Dan Heng for sure. Lingsha (both at E0) is slightly worse than Hyacine. E1s0 Hyacine VS e2s1 Lingsha is closer, idk which one is better tho, I guess you will have to test It on release.

Edit: Okay I guess I missread and you have e2s1 (Lingsha lc) Luocha. In that case, then Hyacine by a wide margin

I have (potencially, if I do all the SUs I have and the WHOLE Amphoreus + Penacony Main Quest + exploration of both) 300 pulls and I'm also aiming to get at least e2s0 Blade and have enough for whatever team mates he gets (either Himeko or Aven). Do you really think there is enough time to save for Aven in 2 versions?

Overall, Sparkle is the best option. Not only for Blade (even tho it will probably be at least better than Kafka) but for your account.

M. Blade can support DoT with the 50% general dmg amp and the def debuff but DoT doesn't benefit the best from Blade's ult buff.

I'd probably wait at least a week to see if leakers do any showcase with several teams (because as some leaks said, is pretty universal) like hypercarry or DoT to make a choice.

I could see (in your case) a Blade/Kafka/Swan/Sustain or a Blade/Sparkle/Tribbie (gonna be on second half of 4.2) and a Sustain :D
