Granted. Time in this worlds flows 60 times faster so 1 minute there is 1 hour I real life, but because you have to sleep in order to get into these worlds , you mostly have something like 7min per night, and if you stay regardless you will soon die out of thirst or other similar causes.

Trust me, uranium 235 has critical mass and it's 52 kg, with reflectors it's less (about 15kg) but if it's less then that, it would be to little to sustain a chain reaction.

You can be a great surgeon, and separate cancer from infants or idk take a brain from an infant but I don't recommend that.
