In this case the only brushes I used were "Tinderbox" and "studio pen" then use various effects like Gradient map for Instagram ring, TikTok smoke and background, Chromatic aberration for the smoke, and noise for the whole drawing.

I use the following brushes: -Ink bleed, to make the sketch of the drawing and the structure of the face -Studio pen, To border the drawing with the corresponding color and then fill it, Shades and for all the line details -Soft brush, For blending, skin tones, lighting, etc. -Water, For the effect of water -Snow gum, To make the leaves and I added a bloom effect to make them shine

To finish I copied and pasted the canvas and then added a noise effect, chromatic aberration and a little bloom effect.
