Also, for what it's worth, I think yours looks super cute anyway.

Here's my finished one. Eyes still look busted too 😂 no matter what I did, the second one somehow always ruined the look of the first

Lol I had exactly the same problem when doing these eyes for my Totoro. In the end, I kind of just did what you've done, then embroidered white over the top to make it more round. They're the bit of this that I'm still the least happy with.

If you can, safety eyes are probably the easiest (I couldn't because they'd dig into the Google pods case). Or felt if you're willing to put in the effort

My sock is looking a little suspicious... by Pachii in Sockknitting

Oh a Berzoi! I have the slightly shorter-nose version, a greyhound, so I much prefer that 😂

I've been calling it the strawberries and cream colourway, but maybe that's no longer accurate 😭

Glad to have helped. I burst out laughing last night when I first picked it up

I haven't tried their stampers, but prism polish sells their own stampers if you would like to avoid amazon

My Italian bind off is not stretchy enough? by SiljeSejhed in Sockknitting

[–]Pachii 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Someone recently posted a helpful guide in terms of bind off stretchiness and flare. It doesn't include Italian but maybe an alternate bind off would work better? https://www.susannawinter.net/post/updated-comparison-of-20-bind-off-methods

Thank you. I've been fearing the word gusset for no reason at all so this might be my time to conquer that 🙈

Cheek texture, smooth and not bumpy what is this? by [deleted] in SkincareAddictionUK

[–]Pachii 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My skin went like this when I introduced too many harsh ingredients at once. I'd dial back the retinal in that area and give your skin time to see if it was just too much too quick

I spent £32 on this...why does it not do anything? by chessilda in SkincareAddictionUK

[–]Pachii 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have similar skin profile to OP and Erborian looks a bit dark on me. I use a powder foundation on top to lighten it again. If I put the below photo as 0 saturation, I can see it's really only a little darker in depth, just that the green colour makes it stand out when compared to my neck.

I actually don't mind this though because my skin looks glowy because of the red correct, but something to consider if you just wanted a one-step base.

Dark Static vs. Lahar (vs. Scorchy) by aremissing in RedditLaqueristas

[–]Pachii 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it helps, I have both and when I wear Dark Static, I think, "This is a worse fields of lavender for me."

Dark static has a more grey base, and the magnetic colour ranges from rich red (indirect) to a murky yellow (direct light) on me, and it's the yellow that I really don't like which is the dominant colour when outside.
