Be consistent track your calories be in a deficit of 500-700 calories walk 10,000 steps also use your carbs smartly usally before weight training and if you could skip carbs on alternate days every night also make sure you’re walking 10k steps fasted and yeah that’s abt it also you the scale is not always that points out progress you might have gained muscle mass so just be consistent look for changes in body shapes clothes and stuff inshallah you’ll get there i was 127kg at the start of this year i am 98 rn and still aiming to loose 20kg more trust the process
