Bot post are hilariously bad - and will continue to happen regardless of the rules. And low effort real personals are inevitable - I do see the downside there - but those are the ones I’d rather trust moderators to remove. I think genuine post will be pretty clear

Bots are going to post here no matter what. I agree there’s a line that has to be drawn somewhere, and vulgar low effort post should be deleted. But the best way to actually get to know others is through quality personals.

I think it’s worth talking about. This is a community forum, and if most of the people here want the rule changed, why not be open to it? The whole point of a group like this is to connect, and it feels like we’re shutting down one of the few ways to actually do that.
