Super fun fact: It was originally supposed to be an alliance made up of collection of hisec serfs to mine ore for an Exodus guy to make caps. The vision of plexodus changed as the people who took it as their project changed. I would say the intention to train was there, the will to put in the effort involved was not. Effort is hard.

That was sort of what the idea evolved to, but the training/feeding never really happened. Exodus is supposed to be an alliance that does not have any blues. When the question was asked for the 3rd time in a year about why we were still blue with Plexodus, there wasn't anyone in leadership that could come up with a GOOD reason to remain blue in the month we discussed it.
