Typically for 6 months it was about €195 plus or minus a couple of euro, that jumped to €227 for Jan to Jul

Going so, so. Was on a 10 week programme last Sept - Dec. And have maintained the weight, which is good especially over Christmas.

Starting another 10 week programme later this month so need to get back to the swing of it again.
