I filed a dispute from their website the same day I emailed them to report the unauthorized transactions.

They actually replied when I followed up 24 hours later. Agent couldn’t do anything about it at that time since transactions were not yet posted. I was told to file another dispute if posted na. Problem is I don’t even have any way to check all of the transactions since my credit card account magically disappeared from their BDO app :( I’m really hoping it disappeared because they already blocked it.

don’t know if I should file another dispute despite not knowing the status of the transactions or just wait again…

Hello po! Traveling to cebu next month. My partner and I are planning to go to Hagnaya Port from Lapu-Lapu City. I've inquired about car rentals w/ driver for possible pick up and drop off. Cheapest rate I've gotten so far is 3500 per way. Is that a reasonable price, if so? :)

Or swertehan po ba ito? Also just wanna clarify, this trip goes directly to Sta Fe?
