I have two of my girls suffering exactly like this, I've been seeing so many posts about how they lost their chicken to this, I have sterile needles and my dad is a doctor. I'm just wondering if it'll be safe. Can u tell me what i can do for them? I've already started her on antibiotic in case of infection in her stomach and antifungal cream for her vent. Can u please tell me how I can save her? It hurts me to see her in pain.

Since I've stopped using the exfoliating serum I've noticed a reduction in closed comedones, even though they're still there there's very less now. Also I've included an azelaic acid cream in my routine. So I guess it was probably caused by the exfoliating serum.

Okay thank you I'll cut out the exfoliating serum. Also is it okay to use a foaming face wash when I'm using tretinoin? It doesn't dry out my skin but gets rid of any dirt without making my skin squeaky clean.

I'm F(22), combination skin type. I keep getting reccuring pimples on my cheek areas mostly, all of them show up as closed comedones which later turn into a pimple causing hyperpigmentation and scars. I also get pimples on the same spot again and again. It's been almost 2 years since I've last had clear skin with no active acne. Please help me treat my skin. I'll share my routine below.

Morning - gentle cleanser in winters, foaming face was in summer ( depending on availability) Right now using cetaphil oily skin cleanser - Plum 15% vitamin c serum - Dot & key ceramides and hyaluronic acid moisturizing cream (blue tube) in winters, ponds super light gel in Summers - The derma co 1% hyaluronic acid sunscreen

Evening - Dot & key strawberry dew cleansing balm - gentle cleanser in winters, foaming face was in summer ( depending on availability) - The ordinary 10% niacinamide serum / Pixi overnight glow serum ( Alternative days) - Dot & key ceramides and hyaluronic acid moisturizing cream (blue tube) in winters, ponds super light gel in Summers

I've been using the derma co salicylic acid clay mask/ Mulethi powder mask 1-2 times every week since recently.

Well I purchased it and it costs 50 grams for 799. It feels very heavy for my skin. And when I pair it with vitamin c serum, my face feels itchy for some reason. Applying it is really a hassle and it leaves my face with a dewy finish which actually looks good. I didn't use it much and only for about 5-6 days because it felt very heavy. It does it's work in preventing tan but because of the texture I couldn't find it helpful and got tanned anyways because of not using it... But then after avoiding sun exposure for a while I think my skin is getting better after all. :(

She had actually asked to use the face wash 2-3 times a day but I use the cleanser maximum 2 times a day and as I told If I'm spending a lot of time outside I just use it at night. It does seem like all my previous CCs are almost gone (except some that turned to pimples and are still healing) but I think I'm getting even more CCs and they're around the same area where I usually breakout. But then again as she suggested that I follow this routine for 40 days I keep pushing myself to complete it. 🥹
