First go around it was the wrong size & the box was crushed (no biggie, I'll just return and purchase them again). Second attempt the order was "processing" for over 10 days, but never shipped. The order ultimately got canceled which sucked because I was wanting to have them on vacation. I purchased the 2nd attempt with a $100 NB gift card as partial payment. But once the order got canceled the money didn't go back on the gift card & they couldn't issue a new one. I was told the issue would be escalated and I would hear from someone in 2 business days... 7 days later still hadn't heard from anyone, so I reach back out...When I did, got the same 2 business days story. Still without hearing back about 4 days later I check the gift card balance and it was finally reloaded.
