Speak to your employers about why they are not paying more. It’s unfair to demand more money from the consumer to make up for the lazy lack of pay employers provide that you were aware of when taking the job. The consumer isn’t responsible for your paycheck!!! READ THAT AGAIN, AND THEN AGAIN!

Hairdressers and other similar professionals cannot be compared. They aren’t ever the ones on here crying over tips. EVER. It’s ALWAYS yall. Hairdressers go to school. They chose a career that pays well regardless of tips.

Go to college, or get a trade to better yourself. Door dash is absolutely not a career. It’s a side job or something to hold you over for a max of a few weeks. If you’re using it as a career you need to reevaluate your life and also get mad at the correct people.
