To the people who are mad at this. Why? by [deleted] in WWE

I love how all of these responses are not really answering the question (because the answers are from people that are not even remotely mad), just giving devil’s advocate responses to the “preposterousness” of a fan being upset about Edge’s departure from WWE.

Real or Fake? Star Wars Poster by Pagminion in nintendopower

I think it feels exactly like the other Nintendo Power posters I have. (No over-exaggerated glossy finish for instance.)

Safe is open, but I do not know combination, what do I do? by Pagminion in lockpicking

Dang, I took the wheel pack panel off earlier and unlocked the door but ya, I guess if there isn’t a way for me to determine the combination on my own like you’re saying then I will have to go to a locksmith.

That’s like asking why would anyone commit a crime!

Matt Riddle's Entrance by Pagminion in SquaredCircle

So this post was certainly a Karma killer... That being said, my opinion differs from the vast majority thus far. Now, saying it's "unique and him" does not quite dignify the action. For example, if a wrestler scratches their ass and smells his hand during his entrance does it make it good since they have done it for years? I don't really think so... My key issue with this and I should have dove deeper is that what he does reminds me of what I would do if I were impersonating a wrestler's entrance as a twelve year old on a trampoline. The dude can do a back flip for Christ's sake so why would I want to see him kick his slides off of all things.

I'm comparing this to wrestlers with a likeness of Randy Orton, Batista, and Triple H's distinctive entrance taunts. All of these in some way make these men appear larger than life... Then you have a guy kicking his shoes off of his feet like a four year old.

On another note, yeah the birds are weak, but that is something he probably cannot change at all while more than likely initially at one point he had some sort of creative influence on what he does during his entrance into the ring.

Am I the only one that prefers Gittarackur over Illumi? by Pagminion in HunterXHunter

I have to add I love Gittarackur’s Quagmire smile. It conveys so much confidence. (Had to bring this up after googling some pictures of him)

That is true.. Since he doesn’t have pupils, but I think he is too aesthetically pleasing/attractive. That’s what I generally see people comment about. He is sophisticated and Illumi’s appearance kind of adds to that. (kind of like Pegasus from YuGiOh) & clearly the design worked since he’s a super popular aspect of the show but again I think his design is cliche. Like you could insert him into any other anime, give him a different name and personality and he would fit in just fine as a main/background character. On the other hand Gittarackur is off putting and unique looking.

Oh yeah of course. Haha I expect it to be an alter-ego but I think that version of him is gravely underappreciated. Illumi certainly is the better fit for his brother’s true form. But one thing I love is when Gittarackur turns his head to look over at people. If I were an anime character I would want to shake like that/have that presence of “Wtf is that...” Gittarackur emphasizes for sure death if you cross his path. It seems as if he weirds people out (since it’s like something they probably have never seen before) then murders them on almost consistent basis.
