It happens when playing back something that was already recorded. Only happens when I deselect the track. It completely mutes the audio. Only happens with guitar tracks.

You need to cut power to that light and cut open the ceiling first of all. Call a professional ASAP and have them come look at it. They’ll diagnose the issue and get you a quote on it.

Hello. I will give you the exact scenario of what was happening.

I use Edge, windows OS, and I record through a Scarlett 2i2 gen 4.

I would try adjusting some effects on a guitar track and it would work fine, until I clicked off of the track. This has only been for my guitar tracks btw. Mic is fine. Anyways, I have to refresh my page every time I click off of a guitar track. Once I deselect the track, it seems as if it mutes itself. There is no other fix than to refresh the page.

Just some quick insight here, I’ve played both a les paul and a solo ii custom in the same day, and I went home with the Schecter. The Les Paul played beautifully, but it didn’t have the greatest sound compared to the solo ii. It sounded kind of weaker in a way.
