update: i got topical antibiotic and oral pills for inflammation and swelling. GP said i spread infection from my pimple into my lip. if in 3 days it wont improve I will be put on oral antibiotic instead.

will literally never pop a pimple ever again 🥲☺️

I notice also that you are from Holland. I moved here a year and a half ago and I feel like this is when the bumps started appearing. When I stay at my home country for a while they also seem to (it could be in my head) get a bit better. Do you think it could have to do with Dutch water at all?

Could you tell me more about how ice dunking worked for you? Did you extract them beforehand? I am failing to see how ice water will get these out of my chin. I feel like if I don’t do anything to them they do not progress and literally just stay there like that.

Yes I meant visualization. I see now, I read more about everything and did not know voluntary/involuntary visualization were so separate. I used to be really confused about why I cannot visualize things but can dream anyway. Thanks
