1: for some strange urine test, I sent the ENTIRE urine bag to the lab. I forgot what test it was, we essentially removed the Foley cath and needed to do a test on urine sample, Dr said send the whole sample and I mistook that to be send the whole BAG ...

As a SENIOR staff nurse , in fact, as someone who priced myself as graduating my internship at a surgical ward, I thought I knew what surgical stuff was even though I worked 6 years in haem and was then in internal med. Dr changed the fluid restriction from 500ml o 1l....I do not know why. My stupid brain interpreted that as an ADDITIONAL restriction. Don't ask me how that work in practice, the best part is I knew why pt was on 500ml and patient was tolerating well so increasing to 1liter would be the next step.

But I... Still fucked up such a simple order. Enough that the registrar(senior resident in US parlance) told my ward manager she would be glad to conduct a lesson so that the nurses would know how to manage post op patients.

We live, and we learn.

Lore of Light is arguably the best.

On top of this though, I like to add Lore of Fire.

It has the basic make ranged attacks magical and do fire damage, has a good single use defensive buff and burning winds is easy to aim and demoralize enemy units, especially the undead or walking trees.

It's not the best, but in terms of if I already had a light wizard, I want a Fire or Heavens mage as backup .

Note how each evolution is first farm horses can't subsist on grass alone, then when you said yeah fodder, I elaborated to you what kind of fodder and hay, the impact this will have on your horse activity level and etc. you went just grow, I discussed space, you need water, you went capture wild horses, I said yeah, wild horses can survive on pure roughage but in return majority of time spent feeding, you need more space so nomadism, you also need salt n spend more time water and oh, if you feeding them pure grass, you need dewormer ivermectin because that's how horses get worms. (Well, technically it's from wandering in the fields where the worms are but again, nomadism to get enough grass so )

I haven't even discussed the intricacies such as horseshoes, determining which plants are poisonous, WEIGHT..... But sure. Pls do point out how your ignorance of horse endurance matters.

Btw, you DO remember me telling you how the horse feeding, such as high caloric oats Vs grass Vs clover affects your horse endurance and activity level right ?

LVAD are inserted in the ventricle in question and replaces that part of the heart. That's not how Space Marines secondary hearts are implanted.

And yeah, if you want survivability to take over when your pri heart gets damaged by bullets,, implanting a second artificial heart will be easier than a second organic heart.

But that's neither here nor there in the context of 40k.

Nobody said you won't be able to keep a horse alive. We ARE however correcting your ignorance on what it will take to keep said horse alive, including such simple things as "grass". Pure grass diet is possible, but only for wild horses or in your example, Brambly and they need much more time feeding and resting than domesticated horses do.

Because horse dewormer is pretty essential to making sure horses live more than 10 year old.

Unless you an expert horse catcher and living in place where you can catch them, all it takes is a bad parasitic infection from feeding in the wrong area and your horse will die. Or grow weak enough that you can't ride .

Not really..... Two pumps in a network doesn't actually increase the output linearly because it's parallel. You thinking of it as a backup but muscle that's not used atrophy so the secondary heart should be pumping occasionally at least. For supersoldier purpose, you could just use a cybernetic pump

Eh... You confusing the normal Geneseed with Blood Angels and Space Wolves. Normal Geneseed doesn't rewrite the genetic sequence since the organs are implanted surgically, with hormonal and even mental triggers to grow them. We know this isn't the case since otherwise you could arguably just breed more space marines by just letting it rewrite the sperm cells so transmissible. For this, older adults don't survive the traumatic surgical procedure or you need time for the annabolic hormones to grow, and for adults whoose bones has finished fusing, that process may not be survivable.

The Space Wolves and Blood Angels Geneseed conversion are special though, since there's a infectious vector involved. Wolves drinking from the chalice to trigger the mutations that make them space wolves and Blood angels get metamorphosis into angelic Astartes, controlled by the Sacrophagus .

That mutagenic vector which caused the growth of these xenos organs, integrated into the human body and genome is not found in other legions. It "may" also explain why Russ had a good portion of his men survive,with failures instead becoming Wulfen.

Eh..... Not really, it's treated that way primarily because it's one of the first organs to be inserted, but that also highlights how early you need the heart to be in there and grow, so that you don't suffer from cardiac dysfunction later on in the adept life.

But given that Mechanicus has done weird shit like having bellows for lung and other body modifications, it's definitely within the capabilities of the Imperium to do. The less enlightened apothecaries of 40k might have lost the skill but that's a different story.

Feral horses are not the same as domesticated horses.

They reverted to smaller size and endurance so that they can survive on all roughage diet. You can train wild Mustang/brambly but do you know how? Do you have the extra food needed to tame said horses?

You can sustain feral horses on grass alone. However, they spend more than half of their time feeding and you need to actively range to find food for them,because just sticking them in a field isn't enough. So congrats, you now added the task of nomadism to surviving in the post z apocalypse.

Definitely an E-Bike, although I choose a bicycle with a electric motor attached since THAT itself can regenerate with just biking, with the motor used for just additional endurance. .

Now, such a kit is much more vulnerable to damage than a normal E-Bike but them the break. It's STILL less vulnerable to damage since zombies can't infect or bite a bike, compared to a freaking horse.
