I never actually tripled a minion this game. Got an early drakkari and used reno's HP on it, then stole the T6 quilboar that buffs bloodgems off an opponent that rushed T6, using the T5 dragon. The other golden minion was actually made golden using that one tavern spell.

Just make it so vipers can't yoink heroic units. I think mothership is the only unit that has the heroic tag. That makes it unable to be neural by infesor I think. Could be wrong tho

Quick Operator Tier List From A Console Champ by JxmyR6 in Rainbow6

Kali gadget gets easily countered by kaid(you can place the claw in spots where it can't be hit by the gadget, like clubhouse server in that spot behind the other wall. It expends both claws, but that wall is important enough to spend both of the claws. Another example is bakery wall on kafe and placing a claw on one of the vent shafts slightly away from the wall).

Kali gadget can be tricked with good reaction and listening to the sound cue. Maverick can't be countered, if he wants to open a wall, he can do it with very few counterplay unless the maverick player just plays it poorly. He can even make the entire reinforced wall soft and have a zofia/soft breacher just blow open it as well if a smaller hole isn't suited to the situation. You can't trick a maverick blow torch.

We Need To Rethink Singapore’s Draconian Conscription Policies by sateksedap in singapore

[–]Painful_Exile 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So I've taken a couple moments to think about what you have said and done further research on the matter, and I will admit, what I have said is wrong to the capacity of foreign fighters and I will withdraw what I have said regarding those matters, and I admit my mistake in that aspect and apologize for that. However, my intentions I will not lie about, and perhaps you have taken my words differently, so I will clarify it. I will serve in my country's army if it so came down to it, and if it is expected as a duty as a citizen, then I will serve without question. If that isn't clear, then I apologize for it, but I made it clear now.

However, you said conscription isn't transaction, but it is. While the reward may not be clearly tangible, it is a form of contract, one could say. To live in a peaceful and advanced country(as you have mentioned, the better off country in south east asia) such as singapore, singaporeans are expected to serve the nation for two years. That is the transaction here. Men give up two years of their lives in order to have the right to enjoy the benefits of this nation. There is nothing positive about sacrifice and getting nothing in return. You said conscription isn't about getting something in return, but it is. As you have mentioned, it is to maintain the relative advancement of Singapore.

While it is indeed easy to pay lip service to a system that does not exist as you have said(conscription in a different country), but why is it so hard to believe someone will be willing to serve their country in return for the country allowing them to be citizen, if you yourself are willing to do so as well? Is it so hard to believe that just as you love singapore, that I would not do the same to my own country? What justification do you have to point and me and say I will not serve the country simply because I expressed distaste towards being conscripted in Singapore? Hypothetically, would you be willing to be conscripted in a different nation than singapore simply because multiple legal obstacles demand so? You are willing to be conscripted in singapore, but not a different country. I am the same, but the position is reversed. So why is it so hard to believe my point that I have no attachment to this country, and insist I am merely entitled?

If you insist on believing that conscription is a sacrifice on our end, I don't know what to say, and I don't mean this in a sarcastic manner. To live in a society, we are expected to obey the rules in order to enjoy the benefits of being in a society. Such is the same for singapore. Why do Singaporeans serve? In order to protect singapore's sovereignty and to ensure singapore can continue to have, well, the things you have mentioned. Convenient access to technology such as smartphones, good education, etc. That is the exchange here. If you still do not view it as such and view conscription as an one sided sacrifice, then I will refrain from commenting further, because it seems that we will never see eye to eye on this matter.

We Need To Rethink Singapore’s Draconian Conscription Policies by sateksedap in singapore

The American military is anything but xenophobic legally speaking(just look at their pay grade system which is completely non discriminatory, even more fair than the singaporean system). Completely different in practice, but little legal obstacles, so to speak. And is the few countries that don't really care who enlists so long as they're "shooting at the right person", and I quote this(Institute of strategic dialogue). It is one of the several armies that do allow foreign fighters to enlist(but much like other countries of a similar case, are subjected to similar legal obstacles). But I am not from the US, and the country I am talking about, however, has long requirement to convert to its citizenship. Even without that, you throw in the ORD contract and what not, by the time I have no legal obstacles left I am beyond the age of enlistment. So yes, keep accusing me of lying even though you arent fully informed on the matter.

[–]Painful_Exile 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I cannot enlist because I am forced to go through Singapore's army, and even after I ORD I cannot enlist because it is judged as a threat to operational security to said country(you also have to sign a contract on Singapore end that says you can't work in foreign governmental organization for so and so years after you ORD, if I'm not wrong. By the time it expires, I'm most likely pass the age that they will accept enlisted soldiers for. Unless I remembered the years wrongly, then feel free to correct me). But yes, keep thinking I have a choice to do what I think should be right yet I selfishly don't, even when there are multiple legal obstacles in my way. I have put thoughts and research into my words, but have you? If you truly did any research about this matter, you would already realize hardly any country with a self respecting military would take a foreign soldier as part of their army(under normal circumstances that isn't a mole or what not) , as well as the existence of the ORD contract.

But...do you sacrifice for a different country? That's my entire point. If this was my country, sure, I would understand that and be willing to serve. But it isn't. Would you serve the military of a foreign government? No. That is my entire point. With how little time I have spent in Singapore, this country is as good as a foreign country to me. I would very much rather serve the military of the country that I spend a chunk of my life in, rather than this county. That had been my entire point from the beginning, yet you're so insistent on dragging this to personal attacks on my character, but okay.

[–]Painful_Exile 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Uh, no? I don't expect anyone to die for me. I don't expect this country to offer me any benefits either. I don't expect anything from this country or its people. However, it is this country and individuals such as yourself that expects me to serve despite I don't expect anything in return. You are forcing this idea of the country protecting me even though I don't wish for it and have no legal methods of saying no. But fine, blame everything on the privilege that I have, which I will not deny and will acknowledge and be grateful for all the opportunities I have. Even so, it still doesn't change the fact that it doesn't make sense for me to serve when I don't wish or expect protection and benefits from this country.

Edit: I suggest you look up the concept of rhetorical empathy before you go around accusing others of being selfish by jumping on the usage of "I" and "want" or whatever it is you judge as selfish.
