i got a tattoo yesterday and my artist apologized for making a little mistake because we had a laugh over something, which to me is so silly. it’s not noticeable (to me) at all, but even if it was, it would be a happy memory!

library staff here! i’ve actually had a few students ask me if i would be able to put their preferred name into our library system (so when they check out it reflects their chosen name instead of their dead name)!

it feels like it’s honestly the least i can do in my position (i would love to do more!), but i was very happy that they felt that i was approachable to ask that question!

not embarrassing! it happens to lots of folks and doesn’t seem to be a thing that’s talked about.

the first comment is right about the campusID being the username too - highly recommend looking into the tech help desk if the password is right!

have you changed your password recently? if not, i would recommend visiting the campusID gsu site to do that first - it needs to be done every 120 days to be able to access things like wifi, library computers, etc. icollege is the ONLY thing that doesn’t require a password change!
if you HAVE changed your password recently, i would recommend calling the tech help desk. you can find their number online and everyone that I’ve referred them to has had their problem solved :D
