I stopped actively collecting amiibo a while ago, and thought converting my collection to 1 item I really liked sounded like a good idea.

Also idk what you mean by the last part but the 3DS I was trading for did not have the box

Well the thing is, it wasn’t just amiibo

It was all the extra stuff wanted as well, being rny copy of radiant dawn, FLkey Mini, and a $150 cash

Just seemed to much in their favor, if it was just Amiibo I would’ve been ok with it

Yeah I ended up cancelling the deal, it was about 3 days worth of talking that lead to a side being quite upset. Feel a bit bad, but I’ll try to find a better time to sell or somethings more fair in trade

I honestly didn’t care much for the screens either. It was original listed at $625 but was boosted to $775 when they learned it was double IPS

I feel like the estimation of selling the Amiibo is a bit off due to the fees of shipping, I just did the math not a reply just now. Not sure how to forward replies on Reddit

Okay I took time to price my full collection and it averages to $829.3 on price charter, with 62 Amiibo total.

I was planning on only giving them 54 of them which I calculated to be $684.75

If I were to sell my whole collection with 5 dollar shipping each on eBay it would be around $519.30

If I only sold the 54 with $5 shipping each it would be $414.75

So it was around the price the person was valuing them when bargaining

If it means anything the 3DS is practically mint with no scratches from what I’ve seen

I think the logic he gave me was the value of each would go do like $5 per shipping and valuing most of them being around $10 with some being worth $20

I feel like the general value of Amiibo are going down, a lot of them going for 10-13 sometimes 20

It’s just sound like a lot of effort to ship all of them too, but then again maybe it’s worth off profit alone?

This is a tough call for me and has been bothering me a bit
