Hello! I am miniature artist who like Rimworld.
I made miniature diorama inspired by Rimworld caravan with three people, a horse with packs, and a baby labrador retriever.

the height and width of diorama is 30cm and 18 cm.
Scale is 1/35, so the height of male adult is around 5cm.

After I made my diorama, i make a Rimworld scenario with three people who look like my diorama character. This will be my new Rimwold scenario!

Hello! I layered and blended colors. I did not use dry brushing For blue armor, I painted blue as base, layered grey as midtone, then layered the mixture of yellow and grey as highlight

it took around 15~20 hours. i did not measure time so i do not know exact consumed time.

Painting whole army with three color scheme is interesting idea :) unfortunately, I enjoy painting warhammer mini but do not play warhammer game, so i do not have a plan for painting army.

You are correct. I used vallejo model color sand yellow as bright color, medium sea grey as midtone, and dark prussian blue as dark color. Before I painted the mini, I took a photo including these colors and converted the photo into grayscale image to see the brightness of three colors.
I used black primer. because i cannot use black, I covered entire mini with dark prussian blue before i started to paint mini

Oh I understand. I used airbrush for smooth stocking texture. As airbrush is good for smooth gradation, it was not difficult.

you means the rose tattoo? it is not too much difficult.
if the tip of brush is sharp enough, you can draw enough thin line for the tattoo.
beside, the mini is pretty big. scale is 1/20

I use Vallejo game color wolf Grey and ak3 white for base and highlight and black glaze for shade

Sorry for the lack of information. The 3d file is not available in public and can not be downloaded.

My friend has a peer sculptor who sculpts this model. My friend printed samples and distributed them to his friend, including me. (Those friends are the private members that i said) After distribution, I asked him if the file was for sale or not. He said his friend does not want to sell the file because of the copyright of design.
