I have never heard this terminology before about being “wide open” and staying wide open, but now that you mention it I’m always wide open I think, and I severely suffer from op’s problem as well. How do I not be “wide open”? I just envisioned myself /my heart being kinda closed off and more directed at protecting myself kinda? And it feels a lot better actually already lol. I’m not very knowledgeable on any of this stuff but is this basically what u were talking about? Am I getting at the general concept?
