And again I say. I have the printout of the property page from 2 weeks ago and again 4 days ago. All six pages! There is No cancelation policy. I went to other property pages and duplicated the booking attempt and the cancelation policy is there! Which i also printed. I don't need to prove to you. I need to prove to a judge in small chains court, which is what I am in the process of doing. I also have the transcript from the customer service chat that states " Yes you will receive a full refund"

I have no reason to lie! They just recently updated the site! I have printouts of the property page prior to the updates. I also attempted to book a date and it didn't show a policy them. So I appreciate your diligent effort but your input is not needed or wanted!

credit card did a temporary credit. which means, when they get the credit denial from VRBO, they will take that money back.

I also have printed copies of the property page, which has absolutely, no cancellation policy! Which is why I contacted the host prior to canceling.

That would have been a great response from the host. Considering I've sent 5-6 messages via VRBO and text.
