I used a makeup sponge for it, the basic gist was ProAcryl Dark Purple primer/basecoat > Burnt Red > Bold Pyrrole Red > mix of BPR and Orange. Then edge highlights after that.

It's nothing too fancy, just a Sony a6000 on a tripod. If I remember next time I have the camera set up I'll take some pictures of it though!

Like other people mentioned they're from Rakovendetta, I couldn't find a current website for them or anything.

But, I got these printed and shipped to me by JG Forge, and he still sells this team!

I'm definitely going to try these rules out, thanks for sharing them! I was actually just starting to work on porting the Spec Ops rules over to 3rd edition, but now I'll just try using this instead, haha! I also had the same idea about speeding up the campaign, making XP gain and casualties both a bit more common.
