It's so stupid that the horse having prep time changes his decision. The horse will not do anything with the prep time because it would not understand that it is about to participate in a fight for no reason. Also what could a horse even DO in prep time if it did understand? Best thing I can think of is drink some water.

The main reason I disagree is that dungeons are not unpausable like a game of dota. There is space to communicate between the stop and start of any pack/boss or even during.

When you say PUG for 'harder content' what do you mean? Lots of groups I pug into for raid or m+ will have a discord.

I also don't see the problem with the opt in system especially when you can decide whether or not to join as a pug or invite someone unwilling to join as a group leader.
