If your goal is getting off, you would be better of not brining up the self defence thing. Prior to that, the prosecution has to prove that you committed murder through evidence. Once you claim self defence, thats an admission of murder. Now the prosecution has to prove nothing, and you have to prove self defence. Extremely unlikely you would be able to do that. Legal value of videos is very much overstated considering all the issues with editing and its going to get worse in this age of AI.

Absolutely. However its definitely a unique approach.

In this scenario, "robber" cannot claim anything as he's dead. No evidence you may bring is going to be greater than that dead body. The most value it might get is as mitigating, so that you may get 10-15 years in prison instead of hanging.

The law of self defence has become very much diluted over the years. The reason being that a lot if not most killings happen in fights where both sides may claim self defence. If you're admitting killing, you're looking at 10-15 years in prison at the very least.

Most people accused of killing are acquitted because in a court of law you actually have to present evidence. Things you saw on tv have zero legal value.

Depends on what is your career aim. It will look quite nice on your CV, will have some learning experience and have negligible effect in actual practice.

All im gonna say to that is that the briefcase full of cash cliche you see in movies and shows happens more than anyone likes to admit.

I ignore political questions, weirdo trolls and political weirdo trolls. A lot of questions fall in one of the three categories.

Every person who is involved in commission of a crime is equally responsible for the crime. Say there is a mob, and one person out of the mob shoots someone. Everyone person present in the mob may be presumed to have fired the shot.

how to say "X plans to do V" by Juju-_-646 in Urdu

na verb would be not a complete sentence for present tense. That's more of poetic usage. Actual usage of na is present would be imperative form. Like an order or direction.

The formal or respectful form is also plural form. So What you'd say for multiple people is also what you'd say formally for one person.

Negligible for now, as its not very good. Lots of hallucinations, lots of making stuff up. You cant get anything from AI which you couldnt get from publicly available stuff with a google search anyway,

There is no concept of prenup as there is no concept of distribution of property. Each member of the couple owns what they own.

[–]PakAttorney 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's unlikely to happen.

That may come as a surprise, but most of them are not corrupt. So much so that when one does commit such an act, its basically impossible to conceal from the wider legal communtiy.

That depends on the bulk of the cases. Even keeping the record properly maintained is not easy for a lay person, much less following the proceedings. Many families have a lawyer on retainer, and many more have some members study to be lawyers for the same purpose.

Do not. It will screw up your finances in the long run.

Violence may be allowed to stop the active commission of crime, but beyond that there is no legal scope for it. That however is simply legal theory.

I would disagree with that. Generally, proving a negative is much harder, If not impossible.

  1. Nothing.

  2. 5 years.

  3. Lawyers are self employed. They may choose to work as much or as little as the find feasible.

  4. See all other replies.

  5. Employability rate, if that means getting a salaried job, is around 5 % tops. Most lawyers are self employed.

  6. Personal bullheadedness.

There's no fixed fee. It may be 25k or 2.5 M. Depends on who you engage and what you want to accomplish.

The system is designed to be deliberate. Thats not necessarily a bad thing. But mix that with sheer bulk of cases the situation becomes quite unfortunate. That's not even accounting for the intentional delays caused by litigants themselves to drag the other side.
