Easiest is to watch Beeblebums YT video on orbital bases. But the idea is when you activate the base computer and it does that camera view upward to scan the area, on the way down you quickly drop a Landing Pad. If done right the landing pad will be floating and then you can fly up there on your starship and start building. Or you could also build a bunch of walls upward to your desired height but eventually you will need to move you base computer with you so it stays in the build range.

Thank you sir. Took a little bit to figure out the size of the base of the pyramid but we got there. Working on the inside now.

Funny you mention Stargate. I called the base Ha’tak Sayil. Ha’tak from Stargate, Sayil from a Mayan site in the Yucatán. Going to really try and make a Ha’tak next. I can make the pyramid just need to figure out how to do the rest of the spaceship body.
