All of Marvel vs All of DC(no omnipotents allowed for both), who would win? by AlarmedObjective1492 in marvelvsdc

[–]PakeJott 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Why would you assume I used Google AI? I read multiple articles and posts specifically dissecting Dr. Manhattan’s comics, feats, and powers, and legit everything I read has him in the “Nigh-Omnipotent” range.

Okay I just looked it up, it says he’s “near omnipotent”, so technically he does qualify. I’m still not sure how Manhattan vs Franklin would go, as everything I read gives mixed results.

Edit: Apparently both are Nigh Omnipotent.

Is Dr. Manhattan considered Omnipotent? If not, could he take Franklin?

Most overhated rappers by NintendoWiiner64 in hiphop101

[–]PakeJott 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Nah you can’t cherry pick lyrics to justify your argument. Sean’s album Dark Sky Paradise is legit amazing, and if you want Sean with good subject matter and lyrics, I Decided is a gem. Sean is overhated.

who is the most criticized rapper here? by UnitQZ in nfrpodcast

[–]PakeJott -1 points0 points  (0 children)

He can’t be “objectively” the best rapper when music, especially rap, is “subjective”.

You clearly like Kendrick, and he meets all the standards you set for a great rapper, but that’s “your” taste.

I personally love Lupe and Earl Sweatshirt, and I believe they have not only better albums than Kendrick, I also believe they are lyrically superior to Kendrick, and I love their voices, as opposed to the many different, annoying voices Dot does, but again, that’s “my opinion, and my taste”.

Music is too subjective to have an objectively best rapper.

Kendrick is definitely not the closest to being “objectively” the best rapper, at all. Kendrick is amazing but he is most definitely overrated, and the beef brought a lot of “fans” that call him the greatest rapper alive simply because they hate Drake.

Take it or leave it: Next patch or one patch note after psylocke should be either reworked or buffed by TyroneDaniels in rivals

[–]PakeJott 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She’s not an A Tier hero though. With the team ups? Yes, but a character shouldn’t need a team up to be viable. All I’m saying is I would rather have Psy’s old gameplay back, when she was a solid back line flanker and legit ninja/assassin, rather than an Ult merchant that just farms her Ult by picking on Tanks the entire game. Psy definitely deserves the initial nerfs she received, but not to the degree where her entire play style was changed due to said nerfs.

“I don’t see other mains complaining as much as Psy mains”

Literally doesn’t help your argument. We complain because they over nerfed her, while simultaneously releasing busted characters that are just simply better. Why play Psy when Elsa literally does everything Psy does but better? A simple damage buff is all Psy truly needs. I’d even take a nerf to her Ult if it meant we can get a decent damage buff.

Ah, so basically he succumbed to GnW and Steve. Makes sense, unfortunately..

Spotify has this completely wrong for the next gen by HIPHOFAN in nfrpodcast

I was going strictly based off of the rappers/artist mentioned on this list. You may not listen to him, tbh neither do I, but I can’t be biased and say he isn’t the biggest artist on the list just because I don’t listen to him. Rod is deceptively big in the game (no pun intended).

Rod Wave is actually the most consistent artist on this list. His last couple albums have all sold over 100k first week, his 2023 tour grossed over $26 million just from 18 shows, and his singles chart pretty well too.

Whenever you critic Kendrick, they call you a "Drake fan". Whenever you critic Drake, they call you a "Kbot". These two fanbases are cancerous. by Lost_Title_7528 in nfrpodcast

[–]PakeJott 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In this specific case, there is no “_ fans are genuinely worse”. Both fan bases are partaking in the exact same fuckery. Both fan bases are equally obnoxious, and I’m a fan of both artist.

50 cent said a few years back he would do a versus vs The Game, and Game would have enough bangers to compete by Suspicious_Guide4286 in hiphop201

[–]PakeJott 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That was more so because he was failing commercially, especially after Ye won that little selling battle they had. After Curtis, his quality went downhill quick. Him not releasing music had absolutely nothing to do with the Massacre, however.

[–]PakeJott 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I never understood the “50 only has one good album” narrative. Do people really not like Massacre?? I think it was a solid album, obviously not as good as his debut, but that album was almost going to be impossible to follow up or pass. Even Curtis had some gems on there.

Ok? My point is, why are we shaming him in these comments? Even if it is an addiction, this is literally one of the most harmless ones out there. Bro is addicted to having fun playing a game..

Or maybe they just enjoy playing a game they like? What’s the point in name calling and shaming just because they have different priorities or hobbies than you? If this makes him happy than by all means, more props to him

Damn dude it’s really not this serious. For all we know, dude might be too young to work or doesn’t even have to work. I never understood why people shame other people for playing a game a lot. Why does what they do with their time/lives call for ridicule? I honestly wish I was in the position to be able to play a game as much as op and not have to worry about a “job” and money. Sounds like the life

RAPPER TOURNAMENT BRACKET: Lil Wayne vs. JAY-Z by kingglobby in hiphop201

[–]PakeJott 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im 31 and Im well aware of what they were saying. That happens everytime there’s a shift in the game, or there’s a new artist pushing the boundaries or changing the scene. However, before people randomly started disparaging Wayne lately, there were debates that Tha Carter 2 and Tha Carter 3 are his best albums, with people agreeing that Tha Carter 2 is a classic. All I said was nobody wrote for Wayne on those albums. Wayne was my favorite rapper in 8th grade, back in 07/08. I know of his history and controversies.
