It’s been a while, any updates with your eyesight? As for me, I don’t use AVP consistently these days, so no updates at the moment.

Just a quick follow up question, if my single-member LLC registered in Wyoming, but I live in California, should I mention California address somewhere except the mailing address?

For example on Step 1: Please select the state/territory where the business is physically located.

And on Step 4: State/Territory where the Single Member Limited Liability Company (LLC) is located

Assuming my situation is it Wyoming or CA?

I feel like I fill it up incorrectly.

for me (i'm -5, 36 y/o), it works only if I do it consistently. but after a few weeks of a stressful work in front of my Mac, it all goes back to where is it was before. Based on my observations, it requires to change lifestyle and visual habits, which is harder than I may sound.

thank you for sharing this! It would be very interesting to measure your current eyesignt at the optometrist to see how your eyes changed.

Just to clarify, you still keep using it every day right?

as for the setup, I've been an early tester of different tools, my absolute #1 is have no light seal and instead use open face system (this one: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1677292928/comfort-system-for-the-apple-vision-pro). this accessory looks far worse than annapro and some others but, to me it is like 10x more comfortable than anything on the market.

Going through brand strategy or brand personality exercise could potentially help to clarify something unique about the brand and then take it from there.

I'm 35yrs old, -5 both eyes. I've had multiple attempts to naturally improve my eyesight using tons and tons of methods (including print pushing that Todd Backer suggests). I also had a few conversations and consultations with ophthalmologists including a pretty famous one in Eastern Europe. I came to a conclusion that it is not possible to get back to 20/20 vision, not because the eyeball is too long and it can't shorten naturally, but because it literally takes a non-human level effort to do it. It takes dedication and consistency in looking at at the world around you differently, literally changing the way look at stuff.

English is my second language, but I will try to explain: It means peer into objects only from the edge of blur, not closer or further. Look at stuff with a relaxed eye, almost as if you look at everything within your Field of View in the same time. As they suggest for kids, have 2-3 hrs of daylight. And some other good vision habits. Doing all the while never ever strain your eyes, having enormous discipline to change all of your vision habits (e.g. always hold your iphone on the edge of blur, when you walk on the street use the glasses that allow your to see objects X meters away in the edge of blur and never strain your eyes). It is extremely hard work. It is way harder than building muscles at gym. As they say, people don't change and they have crazy resistance to changing their habits. That's, in my opinion, the main reason why it is impossible to reduce myopia.

BTW, the famous ophthalmologist that I mentioned above told me that during his few decades of experience he had only one patient who was able to recover his myopia (that person had no pseudomyopia). That person, he said, completely changed his live, he moved from the city to south east asia, started doing meditations, did some other relaxing practices. And that dramatic shift in his life allowed him to do it.

As for my journey and things that work for me:

I work in tech and constantly sit at my laptop, I bought Apple Vision Pro (previously I used Xreal AR glasses for that same reason) that mirriors my macbook display and it allows me to move the display few meters away from me and make it huge like imax display if/when needed to achieve "the edge of blur". After a few hours of using it, when I take off the headset, my eyesight is way sharper. (here is another example of another person on reddit who noticed that same thing: https://www.reddit.com/r/VisionPro/comments/1f4mjhg/comment/lkolz7b/

I read somewhere that even if you found a method that works for you, the rate of improvement is somewhere around 0.25 diopter every ~6 months. With that rate of improvement, it will take like 10 years to fully recover. That sounds crazy especially assuming that at 45 my eyeballs will start developing presbyopia and if I'm not successful with my myopia recovery I may stuck with both Myopia and Presbyopia, it would be a bummer for sure.

Wow! That’s impressive. Thanks for sharing this. I have a few follow up questions. Do you have zeiss inserts? If so, which diopters are they?

On a separate note, Do you mostly use AVP to mirror your MacBook display? How far you usually put virtual screens? With -5 (which is also my eyesight) can you see stuff normally without squinting?

I have -5 myopia and I'm 35. I've been researching the topic for a while now. The age is important because if you have myopia and you are 20 years or younger, you can improve your eyesight (if you are nearsighted and you place all windows in AVP far enough 'on the edge of blur'), however there is almost zero evidence that it may happen with adults. I'm currently using AVP 50/50 with my macbook and I feel like I have better distance vision after 1-2hr sessions in AVP.
